نظم منظمة irex في محافظة دهوك ورشة عمل اعلامية و ذلك حول موضوع ( استخدام التقنيات الجديدة في المواقع الالكترونية و كيفية تطويرها ) و قدم الورشة من قبل الصحافي المشهور و القدير الاستاذ (brian conley ) و ذلك في فندق دلشاد بلاس و قد حضر هذه الورشة عدد كبير من صحافين من مختلف انحاء كوردستان و يستمر الورشة لمدة اربعة ايام متتالية من 18 شهر 11 الى 21 من هذا الشهر لسنة 2009 .
